The Master is Calling! : IT'S BEEN A TRANSFER??????

Dear People's,

This transfer has gone SO FAST! Goodness, I've been out TEN months! Crazy.

We hiked Lake Como again on Monday! What a treat.

We met with Clint, Audrey, Martha, and Sarah again. I don't know if I
mentioned Sarah, but she is Martha's sister. She is a good woman and
has great potential, I wish we could teach just her. It was a great
lesson and there were tons of kids. The kids are so good at
participating in the lessons and had some amazing insights. The
parents were helpful too, however, because they are currently so
involved in the group and are living the doctrines that are contrary
to the church, they are not progressing toward baptism, nor do they
have any intention to do so. After the lesson we played freeze tag and
I got my gray pants and white shirt super dirty because I kept
slipping on the grass, the kids loved it.

We finally got to start teaching a young man named Thomas Crane this
week. His father, also named Thomas, got baptized many years previous
but hasn't been active till recently and his son decided he wanted to
take the missionary discussions after attending church with him. It
was an incredibly spiritual lesson and I was amazed the whole time at
the incredible faith that this young man has. The sweetest part of the
lesson was when we were able to extend the baptismal commitment and
after a pause he said confidently, "yes." That never happens! He has
truly been prepared by God.

We taught Mitchell again at the Chapman's and it was an incredibly
spiritual lesson. This wonderful young man has been through many
humbling trials and it is such a joy to see him making progress, he
deserves it. I have talked about them before, but I am so very
grateful for the Chapman's, they are amazing.

Joel and Marilyn are getting baptized on Sunday!!!!!! AAAAAAAAH So
exciting. :):)
